For stone machinery, how to choose high-quality products?

Good quality Fujian stone machinery has the following conditions:

1. The choice of body material

A. It is better to choose aluminum alloy or stainless steel for the shell part, which is mainly not easy to corrode and rust; iron is easy to corrode and rust, and it may cause secondary pollution of the stone and cause rust spots;

B. Compared with the power cord, choose a wire that is not easy to break (breaking will cause electric shock!), such as good quality PU leather or rubber leather, which can withstand cold to minus 40 degrees Celsius without breaking; the other is to use low-cost PVC Leather thread, in severe cold weather conditions, will cause breakage and can not be straightened, twisted into a ball and is not easy to straighten.

2. Operational stability

When the operator operates the equipment, the product with good stability does not jump, the resistance is small, the operation is easy, and the work fatigue is reduced.

3. Motor performance

What is a good motor? There is no difference in the appearance and size of the motors of Fujian Stone Machinery. Most people often think that a good motor is a big motor. This is a wrong understanding. The motor is mainly composed of copper wire and silicon steel sheet, of course, there are other accessories; good materials can not make good products without good craftsmanship.

Judgment method 1:

1. Noise (no abnormal noise, no noise), the noise is light and smooth;

2. Small vibration;

3. The temperature rise (degrees) is low,≤50 degrees Celsius;

4. Large torque.

Judgment method 2: Use professional equipment to detect.

Then a small motor can be considered a good motor if it meets these conditions!

4. The performance of the gearbox

Noise (no abnormal noise, no noise), the noise is smooth; but small noise is not necessarily good, but loud noise is definitely not a good product. At this time, we must choose a manufacturer with reliable technology.

5. The overall performance and efficiency of the product

There are 2 ways to combine the motor and gearbox:

(1). The motor shaft and the gearbox are directly hard connected. The advantage is that there is no disconnection of the transmission; the disadvantage is that once damaged, the maintenance cost is too high or the maintenance cannot be repaired and becomes a waste product.

(2). The motor and gearbox are installed separately, which is mainly driven by connectors. The advantage is that it is easy to replace and the maintenance cost is low; the disadvantage is that some products use unreasonable transmission connectors to cause indurability.

6. After-sales service

Is the manufacturer's repair service response fast enough? Is the supply of accessories in time? Is the product's warranty year up? These are all factors to be considered.
